The Treasury of Precious Instructions

Following completion of the translation of Jamgön Kongtrul Lodrö Tayé’s 10-volume Treasury of Knowledge, Tsadra Foundation is pleased to announce that we are embarking on the translation of Kongtrul’s 18-volume Treasury of Precious Instructions (grams ngag rin po che’i mdzod).
Exceptional Transmission of The Treasury of Precious Instructions
Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche has kindly consented to bestow the empowerments, instructions, and reading transmissions of Jamgön Kongtrul’s Treasury of Precious Instructions in their entirety. This will take place at Benchen Monastery, Kathmandu from October 8 through December 6, 2014.
This application provides access to titles from The Treasury of Knowledge, including a bilingual English-Tibetan presentation of the encyclopedia, rich contents, easy navigation, and clear libraries.

In 2014 Tsadra Foundation will launch a series of large-scale conferences held on a regular basis to provide an international forum for sustained dialogue and the sharing of ideas and experiences, as well as for collective reflection on the larger cultural and societal dimensions of the transmission of Tibetan Buddhism to the contemporary sphere.
